Non-Personalized Products
Orders of non-personalized product are typically shipped out within 2 business days.
Personalized Products
Orders of personalized product are typically shipped out within 8-10 business days.

Note: All of the above times are estimates and represent the best case scenario. Sometimes there may be delays due to the shipping carrier or may be stuck at customs, which can result in a shipping time of up to 40 days to major countries.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. After your package has been shipped out, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to be updated.
You may be charged customs duties and taxes upon the package’s arrival in your country. All overseas customers are responsible to pay the customs duties and taxes within their own country. As different countries have different tax policies, we recommend contacting your local customs authority in your country of residence for further information.
We understand that sometimes your package maybe lost in transit. If the tracking information on your package has not been updated for more than 20 days, it is possible that your package is lost. We offer refunds or replacements if your package got lost in the mail.
Returns & Exchanges
Return of Non-Personalized Products
You can return non-personalized products for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Your refund will be issued to the payment method you used on your order.
Refunds may take 3-7 business days to process, and may take longer depending on your financial institution.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return of Personalized Products
Due to the nature of the product we unfortunately can’t offer returns for personalized products. We only offer replacements if they are damaged or defective.
